Responsibilities

• Originate and manage a portfolio of community development loans and LIHTC investments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofits, CDFIs, housing developers, and public sector partners.
• Develop regional marketing strategies and client plans.
• Cross-sell bank products and financial solutions.
• Negotiate and structure transactions for long-term viability.
• Collaborate with internal partners to structure deals and ensure smooth transitions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.
