Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of LIHTC investment origination experience.
• Ability to structure and negotiate affordable housing loans.
• Experience with community development lending or CRE lending programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage LIHTC investments and other CRA-qualified activities.
• Identify and maintain relationships with clients, organizations, and agencies in affordable housing.
• Collaborate with credit, legal, compliance, CRA, and risk teams to structure deals.
