Qualifications

• 5+ years of LIHTC investment origination experience.
• Ability to structure and negotiate affordable housing loans.
• Experience with community development lending or related programs (CRA, HUD, Fannie/Freddie) preferred.
• Proven track record in developing new client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage LIHTC and related investments for a regional market.
• Build and maintain relationships with nonprofits, CDFIs, housing developers, and public sector partners.
• Collaborate with credit, legal, compliance, CRA, and risk teams to structure transactions.
• Develop regional marketing strategies and cross-sell banking solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with policies.
