Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a LIHTC Development Consultant to advise affordable housing developers on 9% and 4% LIHTC transactions from feasibility to closing. You’ll manage client relationships, mentor staff, and apply professional judgment with minimal oversight.

You will lead project strategy, applications, financial modeling, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring compliance with QAPs and agency requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years LIHTC development or consulting experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC program including 9% and 4% transactions, QAPs, and state housing agency processes.
• Ability to analyze risks, assumptions, and structuring alternatives and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LIHTC development strategy, feasibility analysis and capital stack structuring.
• Direct LIHTC applications under QAPs and guide clients through awards and post-award requirements.
• Review sources and uses, credit calculations, and operating pro formas.
• Advise on equity pricing and investor requirements; support closings and 8609 issuance.
• Manage client relationships and mentor staff.
