Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team in Provo, Utah. The role reports to the Regional Manager and supports all aspects of community operations, including leasing, marketing, budgeting, and compliance.

The Community Manager will supervise staff, ensure LIHTC compliance, and drive resident satisfaction. A strong background in LIHTC, CAM/ARM or COS/HCCP designations is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and English

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College education, CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred (LIHTC).
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred (Section 8).
• 1 year of LIHTC experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Ensure property follows all tax credit requirements.
• Support customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Assist in preparing paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to increase activity.
• Review resident files and accounts to collect unpaid balances and enforce leases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and related documentation.
• Organize community resident activities and loyalty programs.
• Identify areas for efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Research competitors quarterly to align market rates and terms.
• Collect rents and deposits daily.
• Lead budgeting, occupancy, collections, and expense management.
