Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team. The Community Manager oversees operations, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with LIHTC requirements while driving leasing and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include marketing, lease administration, renewal strategies, delinquency control, reporting, and budgeting. Strong English communication and on-site availability are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Onsite community management experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• LIHTC knowledge or exposure to tax credit properties preferred.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and ensure tax credit compliance.
• Direct marketing efforts and lead leasing activity.
• Prepare lease paperwork and renewal letters; manage delinencies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain resident programs.
• Coordinate resident events and retention initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, occupancy, collections, and expenses.
