Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team in Utah. Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, you will support all community operations and lead a team of community associates to meet leasing and service standards.

You will ensure compliance with LIHTC requirements, manage marketing, lease renewals, and revenue reporting, and coordinate resident activities to foster loyalty and retention.

Qualifications

• Three+ years onsite Community Manager experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• HCCP designation preferred for LIHTC.
• COS designation preferred for Section 8.
• 1 year LIHTC experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Ensure property follows all tax credit requirements.
• Support and participate in customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and provide solutions.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Determine lease renewal rates and deliver renewal letters.
• Recommend rent adjustments or concessions to increase activity.
• Review resident files and accounting to collect delinquencies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and related documents.
• Direct resident activities, newsletters, and retention programs.
• Identify areas for improvement to boost profitability.
