Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team in Provo, UT. This role supports all community operations under the Regional Manager and focuses on maintaining compliance and performance.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of onsite CM experience, LIHTC familiarity, and a strong customer-service mindset. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, plus a sign-on bonus of $1,500.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as onsite Community Manager or Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• LIHTC experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Ensure property meets tax credit requirements.
• Lead marketing efforts and lease paperwork.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters.
• Collect rents, deposits, and manage delinquencies; enforce leases.
