Job summary

Peak Living in Utah seeks a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, ensure LIHTC compliance, manage leasing, budgeting, reporting, and resident relations, and lead marketing and renewals.

You will play a key role in daily operations, tenant satisfaction, and community profitability, while maintaining compliance with program requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years as onsite Community Manager or Assistant.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of tax credit requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Ensure compliance with tax credit requirements.
• Support and participate in customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters.
• Recommend rent adjustments or concessions to increase activity.
• Review resident files and accounts for delinquencies and collect.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Organize resident activities and newsletters.
• Identify areas to improve efficiency, productivity, profitability.
• Research competition quarterly for market alignment.
• Collect rents and deposits daily.
• Lead budgeted occupancy, collections, and expenses.
