Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team. Under the Regional Manager, you will support all aspects of community operations, supervise staff, and ensure lease and tax credit compliance.

You will lead marketing efforts, manage renewals, handle delinquency processes, and generate reports. Strong English communication, a valid license, and LIHTC familiarity are essential for success at Peak Living.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English and provide strong customer service.
• Experience in onsite community management is required; LIHTC familiarity is valued.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to work in multi-family/hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Ensure property compliance with tax credit requirements.
• Support customer service and leasing standards; respond to resident requests promptly.
• Direct marketing efforts and prepare lease paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review resident files and balances; collect delinquencies and enforce leases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, move-in/move-out inspections, and related documents.
• Plan and organize resident activities; maintain loyalty and retention programs.
• Identify efficiency improvements to increase occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
