Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team in Utah. Under Regional Manager, you will oversee operations, supervise staff, ensure LIHTC compliance, and lead leasing and marketing efforts.

You will handle budgeting, reporting, and resident relations, aiming to maximize occupancy and revenue across communities. A HS diploma is required; CAM/ARM, HCCP, or COS are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; CAM/ARM or HCCP/COS designations preferred.
• LIHTC experience and English communication ability required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and ensure LIHTC compliance.
• Direct marketing efforts and manage lease paperwork and renewals.
• Review accounts, collect delinquent balances, and enforce the lease to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and manage budgeted occupancy and expenses.
• Coordinate resident activities and retention initiatives.
