Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a skilled sales professional to expand and manage luxury lighting and systems accounts across the United States.

This role focuses on finding new customers and expanding relationships with builders, interior designers, architects, and electrical contractors, reporting to the Regional Director of Sales. You will lead the sales process, articulate Visual Comfort’s value proposition, and leverage CRM data to drive strategy and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a consultative environment.
• 3+ years in custom home building products, interior design, luxury lighting.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Target residential builders, interior designers, architects and contractors.
• Clearly communicate Visual Comfort's value proposition to clients.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Use CRM to manage accounts and scheduling.
• Analyze market data to guide sales strategies.
