Visual Comfort & Co is seeking a driven showroom sales and design professional to deliver premium lighting and shading solutions for trade and consumer clients. You will collaborate with designers, architects, and builders to design lighting concepts and guide projects from inception to completion.

The role combines sales targets with technical design responsibilities, requiring strong product knowledge, CRM skills, and a passion for exceptional client service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or showroom sales experience required.
• Experience in luxury home furnishings, lighting, or building materials preferred.
• Prior design or project coordination experience is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM/ERP systems and order-entry processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass showroom sales objectives while delivering exceptional service.
• Provide expert design consultation and product recommendations to trade and retail clients.
• Manage the sales process from opportunity to invoice with strong follow-up.
• Collaborate with project teams to align deliverables with approved designs.
• Support showroom operations and maintain brand standards on site.
• Develop relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers.
