Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or showroom sales experience.
• Experience within design/building products industry.
• Proficient with CRM/ERP systems and D365.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass showroom sales objectives.
• Oversee sales process from opportunity to invoice.
• Deliver expert design consultation and product recommendations.
• Provide guidance on lighting selections to foster client relationships.
• Present lighting, controls, and shading solutions to clients.
• Develop relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners.
