Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a showroom sales and project design professional in the United States to unite trade and consumer client needs with world-class lighting solutions.

You will collaborate with design teams and manage projects from inception to completion, delivering design consultations and tailored product recommendations. The role emphasizes selling expertise, relationship building with architects and designers, and hands-on showroom operations with a rotating Saturday schedule

Qualifications

• Retail showroom sales experience required, preferably in luxury home furnishings, lighting, or building materials.
• Experience within design/building products industry preferred, including interior design or custom home construction.
• Strong knowledge of lighting specs (color temperature, CRI, lumens) and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass showroom and individual sales objectives.
• Manage the sales process from inquiry to invoice with exceptional customer service.
• Present lighting and shading solutions to trade and retail clients; provide expert design consultation.
