Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a seasoned sales professional in Milwaukee to drive new business and expand relationships with builders, designers and contractors.

You will lead end-to-end sales activities, leveraging a team for solution development and implementation, and work to meet and exceed growth targets. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will navigate complex distribution channels, develop product knowledge across lighting and systems, and communicate the value proposition

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a consultative environment.
• 3+ years in custom home building products, interior design, luxury furnishings or lighting industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of the sales process, coordinating with marketing and operations.
• Conduct 16 face-to-face sales calls per week with target customers.
• Clearly communicate Visual Comfort’s value proposition to influence customers positively.
• Network with architects, builders and designers through trade associations.
• Manage existing customers to ensure retention and continued sales growth.
• Utilize CRM to manage a priority-based schedule with customers.
• Develop deep knowledge of Visual Comfort’s product offerings and service value.
• Analyze data to inform decision making.
