Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a dynamic Sales role focused on expanding our residential builder, interior designer, architect and electrical contractor relationships.

You will drive new business, manage existing accounts, and collaborate with a team to deliver customized lighting and control solutions. The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, solution selling, and a strong market understanding of luxury lighting and related products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in consultative selling.
• Experience with residential builders, interior designers, architects or lighting industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record of cultivating relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the sales process and coordinate with marketing and operations.
• Prospect and win new customers while expanding relationships with current ones.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through active engagement with architects, designers, builders, and contractors.
• Manage CRM data to prioritize and schedule activities.
• Understand Visual Comfort’s product offerings and project value propositions.
