LEDVANCE is seeking a Sales Representative for the Trade (Industrial/Commercial) Channel in the Austin, TX region. You will drive sales by calling on electrical distributor partners and agents, maintaining relationships and pursuing new opportunities across public and private sector building projects.

The role demands self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and a close collaboration with internal resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.
• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Lighting industry experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience or similar tool preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales in the Austin, TX region by calling on electrical distributor partners and agents.
• Grow LEDVANCE’s market share with Sylvania-branded products.
• Manage a sales territory and achieve budgeted sales objectives.
• Spend ~80% of time meeting customers off-site; occasional overnight travel.
