Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a sales professional in Austin to drive new business and expand relationships with builders, designers and contractors in the lighting and systems space.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will lead the full sales cycle, nurture key accounts, and leverage internal resources to meet ambitious growth targets. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a consultative environment.
• 3+ years in custom home building products, interior design, luxury furnishings or lighting.
• Proven track record of cultivating relationships and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the sales process with cross-functional support.
• Conduct 16 face-to-face sales calls per week with target customers.
• Clearly communicate Visual Comfort’s value proposition to customers.
• Network with architects, builders and designers in trade associations.
• Manage existing customers to ensure retention and growth.
• Utilize CRM to manage priority-based schedules.
