Visual Comfort & Co. seeks a results-driven Specification Sales professional in the Milwaukee region to expand brand presence with lighting designers, architects, and engineers.

This role focuses on commercial specification, new business development, and collaborate with Specification Sales Specialists to deliver product knowledge and design insight. You will travel regularly (80%), build relationships, participate in regional marketing, trade shows, and client presentations while supporting

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience in commercial, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Bachelor degree (BS/BA).
• Strong experience with CRM, ERP, and sales systems.
• Experience in lighting industry a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication across email, chat, and phone.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with specifiers to expand brand presence and drive regional sales.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial design.
• Collaborate with Specification Sales Specialists to provide product knowledge and support.
• Provide design insights and specification support to sales partners.
• Manage regional sales programs and specification projects.
• Execute regional marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Contribute to trade shows, training sessions, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with sales teams to fulfill information requests and maintain communication.
