EverAI Limited is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate our CRM to a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation journeys across a global user base, using segmentation and experiments to drive growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to improve tooling, messages, and reporting while working in a fully remote, international team with a strong, fast-moving culture.

Qualifikationen

• Scaled CRM with measurable revenue, conversions, retention, or LTV improvements.
• Experience in a high-volume B2C subscription business where CRM impacted revenue.
• Ability to create segments, journeys, experiments, campaign logic, and performance analysis.
• Proficient in testing, control groups, attribution, and incrementality to validate results.
• Strong communication across technical, creative, and commercial stakeholders in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead the strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle: onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Identify where users disengage and optimize for purchases using behavioral data.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-up journeys to convert more users.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, reactivation, and LTV via smarter segmentation and timing.
• Build and run experiments, measure outcomes, scale winners, and turn results into the next opportunity.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling, tracking, messages, offers, and reporting behind the channel.
