EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM as a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, acquisition, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

You’ll work with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative to design scalable journeys and experiments. The role emphasizes building segmentation, personalization, and timing strategies to drive revenue growth at scale, with a fully remote team

Qualifikationen

• Must show significant CRM-driven revenue improvements
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription businesses
• Ability to design segments, journeys, experiments, and campaign logic
• Proven use of testing, control groups, attribution, and incrementality
• Strong ownership, fast iteration, and cross-functional collaboration in English

Aufgaben

• Own CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to reactivation
• Design onboarding, post-purchase, retention, and reactivation journeys
• Improve token purchases and repeat purchasing through personalized campaigns
• Segment users and time messages for better engagement and LTV
• Run experiments, measure impact, and scale winning ideas
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling and reporting
