Job summary

EverAI Limited is recruiting a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate our CRM and turn CRM into a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation journeys, using behavioral data to optimize engagement and purchases.

You will lead experiments, personalization, and timing strategies, collaborating with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative. You will work in a fully remote, globally distributed team, with emphasis on fast execution and measurable

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM to drive revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV with measurable gains.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription businesses where CRM directly impacts revenue.
• Able to design segments, journeys, experiments, and performance analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM strategy and execution across onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Identify behavioral signals to improve engagement and purchases.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up journeys to convert signups to paying customers.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, and LTV through personalization and timing.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling, messaging, and reporting.
