Grüns is hiring a Senior Manager, Retention and Lifecycle to own the lifecycle strategy end-to-end for our subscription brand. This role drives an AI-enabled, always-on testing engine and personalizes journeys across email and SMS, with the right message at the right time.

Based in our remote HQ, you will lead a remote CRM operations team, expand AI tooling, and collaborate with Ecom, Paid, CX, and Data teams to boost engagement and lifetime value. Biannual off-sites keep us connected IRL.

Formación

• 5-8+ years in-house lifecycle/CRM at a consumer subscription brand.
• Experience with automated flows and one-off campaigns across email and SMS.
• Structured testing roadmap with measurable incremental impact.
• Hands-on personalization or data enrichment tools.
• Uses AI as a core part of building, testing, sending, and reporting.
• Bonus: experience in subscription and retail presence.

Responsabilidades

• Own the lifecycle strategy for key customer audiences across the lifecycle.
• Define goals, segmentation, messaging, offers, journeys, and test roadmap.
• Use LTV as the north star metric with channel health metrics.
• Build and evolve audience segmentation based on lifecycle data.
• Define messaging hierarchy and value propositions for audiences.
• Shift to an always-on system that tests and optimizes itself.
• Manage a remote CRM operations team and expand AI/automation use.
