Caribou is seeking a data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our end-to-end lifecycle strategy and customer communications across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and call scripting. You will align with Product, Performance Marketing, Brand, Sales, Operations, and Analytics to drive conversion lift and retention.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, leverage AI capabilities for personalization, and spearhead end-to-end GTM launches for new features and service enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B or B2C Ecommerce/Fintech product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven multi-channel communications (email, SMS, in-app) across complex funnels.
• AI workflows for content generation and campaign optimization.
• Strong data testing and experimentation background (A/B testing, incrementality).
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal/Compliance, Product, and Sales/Operations.
• Excellent copywriting and messaging for conversions.
