Job summary

Caribou is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy and customer communications across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and call scripts. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Performance Marketing, Brand, Sales & Operations, and Analytics to drive conversion lift and retention.

You will lead cross-functional GTM launches, develop sophisticated segmentation, and apply AI capabilities for content personalization and campaign optimization.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B or B2C Ecommerce/Fintech product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel communications across complex funnels.
• Hands-on with customer engagement platforms and product analytics; experience with AI workflows for content generation and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain lifecycle communications architecture across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and call scripting.
• Lead GTM strategies for new features and service enhancements with defined audiences and success metrics.
• Establish rigorous experimentation and analytics; drive governance and scalable processes in MarTech.
