Caribou is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own end-to-end Lifecycle and customer communications across email, SMS, in-app, and call scripting. You will drive segmentation, personalization, and AI-powered optimization to improve conversion and retention, while leading GTM for new features.

You will collaborate with Product, Performance Marketing, Brand, Sales, Ops, and Analytics to align strategy and measure impact across channels.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B/B2C ecommerce/fintech product marketing, lifecycle or growth.
• Proven multi-channel lifecycle communications (email, SMS, in-app, calls).
• Experience leading GTM and cross-functional launches.

Responsibilities

• Define lifecycle strategy and customer communications architecture across channels.
• Lead cross-functional GTM plans for new features and tiers.
• Establish experiments, analytics, and governance for campaigns.
