Caribou Financial seeks a data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our end-to-end lifecycle strategy and customer communications journey across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and call scripting. You will align with Product, Performance Marketing, Brand, Sales & Operations, and Analytics to drive measurable conversion lift and retention.

Leverage segmentation, experimentation, and AI capabilities to optimize touchpoints, while leading GTM launches end-to-end and enabling

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B or B2C Ecommerce/Fintech product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing
• Lifecycle Mastery: multi-channel communications across email, SMS, call scripts, in-app
• AI & MarTech: experience with customer engagement platforms and AI-driven workflows
• Data & Testing: holdout testing, incrementality modeling, A/B testing
• Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with Legal/Compliance, Data Science, Product, Sales/Operations
• Copywriting & Messaging: craft high-converting, compliant messaging

Responsibilities

• Set the overall lifecycle strategy and communications architecture across channels and funnel stages
• Build segmentation framework based on user behavior, lifecycle, and telemetry signals
• Lead AI-driven engagement, content personalization, and campaign optimization
• Drive GTM strategies for new features, product tiers, and service enhancements across teams
