Job summary

Caribou Financial is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle strategy and customer communications across email, SMS, in-app, and call scripting. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Performance Marketing, Brand, Sales & Operations, and Analytics.

Use data segmentation, experimentation, and AI capabilities to drive conversion lift and retention while leading GTM launches end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B/B2C Ecommerce/Fintech product or lifecycle marketing.
• Lifecycle mastery: multi-channel communications across email, SMS, call scripts, in-app.
• AI & MarTech proficiency with engagement platforms and analytics.
• Data & testing rigor: holdout testing, incrementality, A/B testing, telemetry-based segments.
• Cross-functional leadership with Legal/Compliance, Data Science, Product, Sales/Operations.
• Copywriting & messaging: high-converting, compliant content.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute lifecycle strategy and communications across channels for funnel stages.
• Lead GTM strategies and cross-functional launches with defined audiences and metrics.
• Establish governance for marketing tech, deliverability, and data protection.
