Job summary

TriMark Digital is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Strategist to develop and execute lifecycle programs for our clients. As a performance marketing agency, Email & SMS drive revenue, retention, and growth across the customer journey.

You will translate strategies into campaigns, journeys, and tests, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results. This role suits a strategist-analyst-operator with strong analytics and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Email marketing, SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, marketing automation, or a related field.
• Strong experience developing Email and SMS strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, lead nurture, segmentation, personalization, behavioral targeting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop Email and SMS strategy aligned with client objectives, behavior, and revenue goals.
• Build lifecycle strategies supporting acquisition, nurture, engagement, conversion, retention, loyalty, and reactivation.
• Map and optimize customer journeys across lifecycle stages and identify opportunities for campaigns and automations.
• Develop audience segmentation and personalization using customer attributes and lifecycle data.
• Design automated nurture programs and lifecycle flows that drive meaningful outcomes.
• Translate client priorities into actionable strategies, calendars, testing plans, and roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle performance through automation and targeting.
• Develop messaging, cadence, offers, and communication strategies based on lifecycle stages.
