Credit Acceptance is seeking a senior lifecycle marketing leader to own the lifecycle strategy and roadmap, driving incremental lifetime value across email, SMS, push, and in-app journeys. You will set messaging rules to ensure a single, cohesive customer experience and partner with product, creative, and analytics teams to optimize programs.

The role requires 7+ years in lifecycle or CRM, a marketing degree, and hands-on experience with marketing automation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention or customer marketing.
• Proven track record increasing customer lifetime value, retention or repeat purchase.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms across email, SMS, push and in-app.
• Experience running a testing program with holdouts or control groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap to increase customer lifetime value.
• Set contact strategy and rules for customer messages across channels to unify the brand.
• Design onboarding and first-payment journeys to help customers get set up and pay on time.
• Develop business cases across loan life cycle including digital adoption and rewards enrollment.
• Own segmentation and targeting using behavior, tenure, and engagement data.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, creative, ops, analytics, servicing and compliance to deliver lifecycle programs.
