Qualifications

• 7-9 years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing at brand-led eCommerce or DTC.
• Experience managing direct reports or executional support.
• Strong brand voice sensibility and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own email, SMS, and transactional channels with full revenue and retention accountability.
• Treat every send as a brand moment and optimize cadence, audience, and performance.
• Develop lifecycle strategy and go-to-market plans with clear recommendations.
• Lead operations: orchestration, suppression, data integrity, and platform health.
• Lead reporting and testing with a defined roadmap and cross-team collaboration.
