EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM into a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

The role emphasizes data-driven experimentation, fast iteration, and cross-functional collaboration to drive scalable growth. Join a 100% remote team building the world’s largest AI companionship platform with a strong ethical framework and global reach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling CRM and generating revenue growth.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription environments with direct CRM impact on revenue.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end CRM journeys, campaigns and experiments.
• Strong analytical skills: segmentation, testing, attribution, and incremental analysis.
• Fast-paced, ownership-driven, and able to shape strategy without a fixed playbook.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration in English across product, data, engineering, and creative.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product categories and responsible data use.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and execution of the full CRM lifecycle from onboarding to reactivation.
• Use behavioral data to identify where users drop off and optimize journeys.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-up flows to convert more users.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, and lifetime value through testing and personalization.
• Build rapid experiments, measure impact, scale winners, and iterate next opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve CRM tooling and reporting.
