Job summary

EverAI, the world’s largest AI companionship platform, is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own CRM from onboarding to retention. You will craft journeys across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions to drive revenue and engagement.

Reporting to the Co-founder/CMO, you will build scalable journeys, run experiments, and collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to unlock growth at a global scale while maintaining ethical AI standards.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM and lifecycle marketing improvements with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscriptions or similar.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, tests, and analyze performance.
• Strong communication across product, data, engineering and marketing teams.
• Comfort building without a fixed playbook and delivering fast momentum.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify where users lose interest and optimize journeys to boost conversions.
• Create onboarding, abandoned payment, offers, and follow-up journeys to grow paying customers.
• Increase token purchases, repeats, retention, and LTV through segmentation and timing.
• Run experiments, measure impact, and scale winners with cross-team collaboration.
• Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling, messaging, and reporting.
