EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a major revenue channel. You will lead onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions. This role reports to the Co-founder/CMO with freedom to test ambitious journeys and build a scalable CRM playbook.

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscriptions.
• Ability to create journeys and experiments.
• Proven use of testing and attribution to validate results.
• Strong cross-team collaboration in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle: onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and engagement gaps.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up journeys to boost conversions.
• Improve retention and LTV with smarter segmentation and personalized messaging.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to enhance tooling, tracking, and reporting behind CRM.
