EverAI is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a new level at scale. You will own onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messages, and promotions.

Report directly to the Co-founder/CMO in an entirely remote, fast-growing AI company, shaping how millions engage with our platform. You will build journeys, run experiments, and drive revenue by turning users into repeat purchasers while partnering with Product, Data, and Creative

Qualifikationen

• You’ve scaled CRM with revenue, conversion, or LTV gains and can cite numbers.
• You’ve worked in a high-volume B2C subscription business with CRM impact on revenue.
• You build journeys, segments, experiments, and campaign logic yourself.
• You prove results with testing, control groups, attribution, and incrementality.
• You move quickly, own initiatives, and ship without a fixed playbook.
• You collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle: onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify where users lose interest via behavioral data and improve engagement.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-ups to boost conversions.
• Increase token purchases, repeat buying, retention, and LTV through smarter segmentation.
• Run rapid experiments, measure impact, and scale the winners.
• Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tools and tracking.
