EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the CRM lifecycle across onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation. You will craft journeys across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions to turn users into loyal customers.

In a fully remote, globally distributed team, you’ll partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to test ideas, measure impact, and scale winners.

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM with revenue improvements and measurable numbers.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription CRM impact on revenue.
• Ability to create segments, journeys, experiments, and analysis.
• Ability to translate user behavior into ideas and validate with testing/attribution.
• Fast-paced, owns initiatives with minimal handholding.
• Clear English communication across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle, from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and engagement.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-purchase, offer, and follow-up journeys to convert users.
• Improve token purchases, retention, and LTV through smarter segmentation and timing.
• Run experiments, measure impact, scale winners, and turn results into new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to enhance tooling and messaging behind CRM.
