Cosuno is seeking a Senior Lifecycle & Customer Growth Manager to own activation, retention and expansion on a two-sided platform for construction tenders. You will define key lifecycle signals, craft intervention playbooks, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to optimize outcomes.

You’ll build scalable, AI-enabled journeys with a Growth Engineer and drive 1:1 data-driven improvements across general contractors and subcontractors, aiming to increase activation and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Experience owning lifecycle, CRM, retention or growth programs with measurable impact, ideally in B2B SaaS or two-sided platforms.
• Able to design lifecycle as a scalable system rather than fixed drip journeys.
• Data-driven with a track record of reading experiment results critically.

Responsabilités

• Define lifecycle and signal strategy for general contractors and subcontractors, identifying key stages and behaviors.
• Turn signals into playbooks with prioritized interventions and segments.
• Drive activation, conversion to Premium, churn prevention and retention.
• Prove impact with cohort baselines, A/B tests and holdouts to ensure evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with Growth Engineer to build a signal-driven system for next actions.
• Support later retention and referral programs and hiring of a second Lifecycle Manager.
