Fleetio is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and evolve customer journeys from lead nurture through retention. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to create scalable lifecycle programs that improve activation, engagement, and revenue outcomes.

You will build segmented journeys for product-led, mid-market, and enterprise offers, leveraging Marketo and Salesforce, with Gainsight preferred.

Formación

7+ years of lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or related B2B SaaS roles.
Proven success building lifecycle programs across acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, expansion and retention.
Strong experience supporting PLG and sales-assisted go-to-market motions.
Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce; Gainsight preferred.

Responsabilidades

Own and evolve Fleetio’s lifecycle marketing strategy across the customer journey.
Design segmented lifecycle and email journeys for product-led, mid-market and enterprise motions.
Develop personalized experiences based on behavior, stage, persona, and usage.
Analyze funnel data to identify friction and optimization opportunities.
Build onboarding and engagement programs to accelerate activation and adoption.
Collaborate with Product, Revenue Ops, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
