In this role, you will quarterback the full sales process, build strategic executive relationships, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting with a track record in business development and revenue goals exceeding $1 million.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements within life sciences.
• Senior-level network across biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
• Credible, consultative partner to C-suite and HR leaders with executive presence.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by developing and executing talent solution designs to secure new partnerships across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors.
• Act as the primary client solutions owner for key accounts, building deep trust with executive leadership.
• Lead and innovate the sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Guide clients as a trusted advisor and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Connect our integrated solutions across the Syneos Health organization to deliver unparalleled value to clients.
