Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements.
• Senior-level network across biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
• Executive presence and credibility with C-suite and HR leaders.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by designing and executing talent solutions to win new partnerships across biotech, pharma, and medical device sectors.
• Build strategic relationships as the primary client solutions owner for key accounts with executive leaders.
• Lead and innovate by managing the full sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Be a trusted advisor using industry knowledge to guide clients and coordinate with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Make an impact by aligning integrated solutions across the Syneos Health organization to deliver value.
