Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements in life sciences.
• Strong senior-level network across biotech/pharma/medical devices.
• Excellent executive presence and consultative partnering with C-suite/HR leaders.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: design and execute talent solutions to win new partnerships across biotech, pharma and medical devices.
• Build Strategic Relationships: serve as primary client solutions owner for key accounts with executive leaders.
• Lead & Innovate: manage the full sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Trusted Advisor: leverage industry knowledge to guide clients and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Cross‑org Impact: connect solutions across Syneos Health to deliver exceptional client value.
