Accenture’s Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice seeks a Process Blueprint Lead to own design standards for human + AI processes. You’ll map current work, design future-state operating models, and align governance, ensuring every reinvention effort builds high-quality blueprints.

Travel to client sites will be required as needed for engagements. You are a strategic leader with deep Life Sciences expertise, skilled at solving ambiguous problems and communicating with C-suite executives,

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined experience in enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation within Life Sciences
• Proven track record facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and aligning cross-functional leaders
• Experience designing human + AI process flows, governance, and ways of working for large transformations
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams
• Lead current-state process assessments to identify friction, productivity, and capacity gaps
• Design future-state operating models including process flows and governance
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders to reach clear design decisions
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the reinvented operating model
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to value and ensure executability
