At least 8 years in enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation in Life Sciences/consulting.
Proven ability to lead senior stakeholder workshops and cross-functional alignment.
Experience designing human + AI process flows and governance for enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

Own methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across transformation workstreams.
Lead current-state process assessments to identify gaps and productivity issues.
Design future-state operating model with human + AI flows and governance structures.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops with client leaders to drive design decisions.
Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable for the reinvented operating model.
Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to quantified value and executability.
