Accenture is seeking a strategic leader to own the Process Blueprint and design future-state operating models that integrate human + AI across Life Sciences transformations. You will map current processes, enable rigorous design decisions, and drive cross-functional alignment with senior leaders.

The role requires deep Life Sciences experience, executive communication, and the ability to lead teams in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation.
• Proven ability to facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and align functional leaders.
• Experience designing human + AI process flows and governance for enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of how agentic AI and AI-enabled workflows reshape Life Sciences operations.
• Experience working across technologists, data engineers, and change practitioners; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope to identify friction and capacity gaps.
• Design future-state operating model with human + AI process flows and governance structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders to reach decisions with rigor.
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the reinvented operating model.
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to quantified value and are actionable.
