Qualifications

• Experience redesigning enterprise processes and operating models in Life Sciences or top-tier consulting.
• Proven ability to facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and align leadership with competing priorities.
• Experience designing human + AI process flows and governance for enterprise transformations.
