Accenture seeks a Process Blueprint Lead in its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will own the methodology for designing human + AI processes across transformation programs, map current workflows, design future-state operating models, and ensure reinvention initiatives build to high-quality blueprints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation in Life Sciences or top-tier consulting.
• Proven track record facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and aligning functional leaders.
• Experience designing human + AI processes and governance for enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as client needs require.

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments to identify friction, productivity, and capacity gaps.
• Design future-state operating models with human + AI process flows and governance structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders to reach decisions with rigor.
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the reinvented operating model.
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to quantified value and are executable.
