Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Process Blueprint Lead in our Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will own the methodology for redesigning human + AI processes across transformation programs and serve as the primary design thinker at the engagement, mapping current work, designing future-state operating models, and ensuring high-quality blueprints.

You will collaborate with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to quantify value, lead senior stakeholder workshops, and travel as needed

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined experience in enterprise process redesign and operating model transformation.
• Experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience designing human + AI processes and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for human + AI processes across transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments and identify friction, productivity gaps.
• Design future-state operating models with human + AI processes and governance.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders.
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable for the reinvented operating model.
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to value.
