Job summary

You will own the methodology for redesigning human + AI processes across transformation programs and serve as the primary design thinker at the engagement, aligning business design with AI enablement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined experience in Life Sciences process redesign or operating model transformation.
• Proven ability to facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and align cross-functional leaders.
• Experience designing human + AI process flows and governance structures.
• Understanding of agentic AI and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments to identify friction and capacity gaps.
• Design future-state operating model with process flows and governance.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with client leaders to reach decisions with rigor.
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable and map to quantified value.
