• Proven track record facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and aligning cross-functional leaders.
• Experience designing human + AI processes, governance structures and new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments to identify friction, productivity, and capacity gaps.
• Design future-state operating model with human + AI process flows and governance.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders.
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable for the reinvented operating model.
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to quantified value.
